Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base rate for this position begins at $17/hour, with adjustments made for education and experience. Additional benefits for employees working 20 hours or more include Paid Time Off, Tuition reimbursement, and a 401k match.
