Job Overview

Pacific Coast Cabling is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabling Foreman to join our team. As a Cabling Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and managing cabling projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cabling projects, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Supervise and train technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and assess project progress
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in cabling and telecommunications
  • Proven track record of leading and managing cabling projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of cabling and telecommunications systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
