In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and building AI-powered chatbot applications using platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft LUIS, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex, and RASA.

Responsibilities:
  • Architect and build AI-powered chatbot applications.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication.
  • Analyze user data to improve chatbot performance and user experience.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a developer/designer/solution architect/technical lead in customer service technology.
  • Experience with GCP CCAI service.
  • 2+ years of experience in Dialogflow CX and Agent Assist.
