About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ethos Therapy Solutions as a Client Support Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception and Initial Contact: You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries, greeting customers professionally and gathering essential information.
  • Assessment of Needs: You will assess customer needs to determine the appropriate department or individual best equipped to handle the request.
  • Handoff Process: After assessment, you will route the call or inquiry to the correct department, following a standardized process to ensure seamless communication.
  • Documentation: You will document every interaction, including the nature of the inquiry, customer details, and department or individual to whom the issue was handed off.
