You will also train and coach nursing staff to ensure protocols and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities- Administer IVs and injections in accordance with protocols and procedures
- Educate clients on our products and services, including IV packages and injections
- Ensure the spa has adequate medical supplies, vitamins, nutrients, and medications
- Train and coach nursing staff to ensure protocols and procedures are followed
- Communicate directly with the supervising physician, pharmaceutical representatives, and pharmacy staff
- Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- CN3 / CN4 certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in administering IV / IM injections
- Minimum 1 year nursing manager experience
- Required to pass the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX)
- Proficient knowledge and experience in IV therapy and vitamin injection protocols and offerings
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
