Outpatient and Inpatient Care
MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is currently seeking a Board Certified Internal Medicine Specialist to become a vital part of our healthcare team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a current unrestricted medical license and be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy. This is a full-time employed position, and we welcome new graduates to apply.
Qualifications for the Internal Medicine Specialist
  • Active Florida Medical License
  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy from an accredited institution
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Credentialing with AdventHealth and Orlando Health is preferred
Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care to an adult patient demographic
  • Balance between inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, approximately 50% each
  • Participate in a call rotation of 1:4
  • Document and maintain patient records, including medical history and examination results
  • Analyze patient data to diagnose medical conditions
  • Make complex diagnoses when multiple illnesses are present
  • Communicate procedures and treatment plans to patients effectively
  • Prescribe medications and therapies to treat or prevent health issues
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
