Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages at our state-of-the-art clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health histories, review patient records, and develop comprehensive medical assessments to determine patient status and treatment.
- Interpret and analyze patient data to determine patient management and treatment.
- Provide instructions and guidance regarding health care and health care promotion to patients and their families.
- Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals to appropriate health care facilities and resources.
- Provide emergency measures and emergency treatment or stabilization measures in situations such as cardiac arrest, shock, hemorrhage, convulsions, poisoning, and allergic reactions.
- Active and Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Ohio.
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified (with 1 year ER/UC/PC experience preferred).
- Strong clinical skills and ability to multitask and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- DOT and DEA Certifications Preferred.
