Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house, monitoring all activities.
- Handle opening and closing procedures as per shift requirements.
- Manage inventory and product orders for grab-and-go offerings.
- Ensure staff present a professional image and adhere to uniform standards.
- Delegate tasks effectively to team members during shifts.
- Address staffing needs by arranging replacements as necessary.

- Manage cash handling procedures, including register operations and financial reporting.

Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work long hours on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Professional appearance and demeanor representing the brand.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
- Previous experience in the food service industry, including cash handling.
- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree is a plus.
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
