Leasing Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Agent/Assistant to Property Manager to join our team at Aven Realty. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a vital role in assisting with leasing activities and providing support in managing our rental properties.

• Assist with showcasing properties to potential tenants and conducting property tours.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with leads to schedule viewings.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with leasing agents to negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including creating property listings and coordinating advertising campaigns.
• Help organize and participate in promotional events and open houses.
• Support the Property Manager in daily operational tasks, such as rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
• Assist with property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English-Spanish.
