**Clinical Director Opportunity**

FCS, Inc is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Director to lead our Intensive Outpatient Counseling program. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work, with LCSW or LPC licensure. Knowledge of addiction and mental health is essential, as is CCS or ACS certification. The selected candidate must possess a NJ license and be legally able to work in the US.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Provide clinical leadership and supervision to staff members
  2. Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs

**Requirements:**
