Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with patients to assess their health concerns and symptoms.
2. Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, including but not limited to infections, hypertension, and diabetes.
3. Prescribe medications and therapies to treat or prevent various health issues.
4. Clearly communicate procedures and discuss test outcomes with patients.
5. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
6. Offer guidance on health and wellness, including nutrition, exercise, and preventive care.
7. Administer vaccinations to protect against preventable diseases.
8. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient interactions, treatments, and test results.
9. Refer patients to specialized medical professionals when required.
10. Provide ongoing support for patients with chronic health conditions.

Qualifications:
- Active New York State Medical License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Proficiency in Spanish is required

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $200,000 - $220,000 per year (negotiable)
