**Job Summary**

Food Service Circle is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Trainee Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food products.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Operate and maintain all types of kitchen equipment and machinery in accordance with manufacturer instructions and company standards.

• Report any defects or malfunctions to the Head Chef or designated supervisor.

• Maintain a high level of personal and operational hygiene and presentation at all times, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and Food Safety Act.

• Prepare, cook, and serve food as directed by the Head Chef or designated supervisor.
