Job Description

As a Dental Hygienist at Pine Dentistry, you will play a vital role in providing direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering quality and compassionate care to every patient
  • Assessing the dental condition and needs of patients and reviewing their medical history
  • Providing excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
  • Educating patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction

You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver memorable patient experiences and support our mission to create happy, healthy smiles.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55-$65 per hour, negotiable depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Our hygienists also receive reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 per year and company-provided certification trainings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
  • CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA

You must demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering compassionate care and providing excellent patient experiences.
