Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Battle Captain to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a Battle Captain, you will play a critical role in overseeing and directing daily operational processes and procedures in accordance with direction given by all levels of management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff on shift and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Analyze and maintain operational data and brief all teams on high visibility issues
• Responsible for operational and physical security of the operational area
• Operate classified and unclassified computer workstations, phones, and VTCs
• Monitor operational dashboards for system statuses
• Approve, task, track, or create ITSM tickets during their shift

Requirements:

• 2+ years of related experience
• Must be able to obtain a final SECRET clearance
• Required skills and abilities: Communication, Problem solving, Tracking of tickets in ticket system
