Concentra, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a skilled Neurologist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is designed to complement your existing practice, offering a flexible and rewarding opportunity to work with our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist services, including EMGs and NCS, for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries.
- Collaborate with medical and therapy providers to manage medically complex patients and expedite return to work and functional restoration.
- Communicate with employers and take an active role in case management.
- Must be able to perform EMGs and NCS.
- Preferred experience in treating patients with work-related injuries.
- Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university.
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neurology.
- Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance that will cover you while on site.
