Patient Registration Specialist

**About the Role**

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Patient Registration Specialist to join one of their esteemed healthcare organizations located in Muncie, IN. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient demographic, financial, and clinical information.

**Responsibilities**

* Verify patient information through effective communication and data entry
* Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with patients and their families
* Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients in a respectful and empathetic manner
* Coordinate patient flow from registration to treatment areas

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in an office, food service, or retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond

**Work Schedule**

* 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM rotating schedule (4 shifts/week; 10 hours each)

**Job Type**

* Contract-to-hire and Full-time (40 hours/week)

**Compensation**

* $16.00 per hour
