We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary practice team, you will provide direct clinical services to children and adolescents with a wide range of social, emotional, and mental health issues.
Responsibilities- Conduct brief individual, group, and family sessions to address the unique needs of each patient
- Complete initial biopsychosocial assessments and refer patients to community providers as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, other health practitioners, and administrative staff on care coordination and treatment planning
- Develop and implement best practices in behavioral health, working closely with other psychotherapists
- Master's degree in a Mental Health discipline or equivalent education/experience
- LCSW, LMFT, or PSY licensure in California
- 2 years of recent relevant experience in pediatric mental health
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with ability to work in an integrative medicine model
- Competitive hourly rate: $54.62 - $73.72
