As a Registered Nurse (Supervisor), you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the care of patients, developing and implementing patient care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the care of patients, ensuring that their needs are met and their care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them to understand their treatment options and make informed decisions about their care.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Current Washington license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions)
- At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (Supervisor)
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC)
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. must also be current as needed per specialty
