Our facilities provide a wide array of fitness, aquatic, and wellness services tailored for all ages and fitness levels, including personal training, group classes, Exercise is Medicine initiatives, massage therapy, nutrition guidance, and more.

Position Summary

As the Manager of the Wellness Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, financial performance, and service quality of the center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding customer service, enhance sales, and improve retention while implementing effective wellness programs.
  • Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, equipment, and pool.
  • Utilize resources in a manner that is effective, efficient, and productive.
  • Participate in the development of strategic and financial plans, and take accountability for leading, monitoring, and reporting on progress towards achieving financial sustainability.
  • Initiate new strategies and process enhancements.
  • Foster collaborations that support wellness and population health initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in exercise science, physiology, fitness, sports management, business, health education, or a related field.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the fitness industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree or higher.
Additional Information:
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
