Responsibilities:
The faculty member will play a vital role in the educational journey of students through:
- Engaged instruction
- Curriculum development
- Student advising and support
- Assessment of student learning outcomes
- Implementation of evaluation methods aligned with educational objectives
- Teaching a total of eight (8) courses throughout the academic year
- Participation in departmental, college, and university committees
A strong commitment to teaching excellence is essential, along with experience in integrating technology into the educational process and delivering instruction in various formats, including hybrid and online courses.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess teaching and research experience, particularly at the undergraduate level, with demonstrated proficiency in utilizing technology in teaching. A record of research and scholarship activities, along with a strong teaching ability, is essential. Experience in grant writing and conducting research with undergraduate students is preferred.
Education:
A Doctoral degree in Psychology is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching Statistics, Research Methodology, and have expertise in Cognitive Psychology. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with students and colleagues from diverse backgrounds are essential.
