We are seeking a skilled Physician Interventional Radiologist to join our team on a locum basis in Grass Valley, CA. As a locum physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and medical expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible Physician Interventional Radiologist with a strong background in interventional radiology procedures. You will be responsible for performing a range of procedures, including IR procedures, CT/US biopsies, barium studies, and lumbar punctures.
Responsibilities:- Perform interventional radiology procedures, including IR procedures, CT/US biopsies, barium studies, and lumbar punctures
- Provide high-quality patient care and medical expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
- Board-certified or board-eligible Physician Interventional Radiologist
- Strong background in interventional radiology procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Current CA medical license and DEA certification
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Knowledge of Cerner EMR system
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
