Transformative Opportunity

In the pursuit of delivering unparalleled musculoskeletal care, we are seeking an exceptional Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Santa Clarita and Burbank, CA.

About the Role
  • We welcome experienced providers or new graduates who embody a passion for collaborative practice and a commitment to providing top-notch orthopedic healthcare.
  • Fellowship training in joint replacement/adult reconstruction is required to ensure expertise in this critical area.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a mix of inpatient/outpatient experience, with approximately 1-2 days per week in the OR and 2-3 days in clinic.
  • Our provider will practice at both the Santa Clarita and Burbank locations, fostering seamless patient care across our network.
  • A partnership track is available, offering opportunities for growth and shared success.
Compensation Package

The total compensation for this role ranges from $585,810 to $933,806 annually. This includes productivity bonuses, incentives tied to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation applicable to the position.
