Job Summary

The Bell Attendant is responsible for managing the smooth operation of the bell stand, ensuring that guests' needs are handled promptly and efficiently. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide directions to hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Ensure the front lobby and entrance areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Operate hotel vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist with guest laundry and package delivery.
Requirements
  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Basic English communication skills and the ability to speak, listen, write, and identify distress signs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
