As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:- Completes nursing assessments and documents patient information accurately.
- Communicates effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
- Administers medications as ordered with proper documentation.
- One year of experience as a RN, with at least six months of recent Home Health experience required.
- Current RN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
