Grocery Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Grocery Merchandiser to join our team at Serv-U-Success. As a Grocery Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment, ensuring that products are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and display areas.
• Restock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring that products are facing forward and at the correct height.
• Rotate stock to ensure that older products are sold before newer ones.
• Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including creating eye-catching displays and arranging products in a visually appealing manner.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a retail or merchandising environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
