Position Overview:
As a pizza preparation specialist, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective preparation of food items while adhering to food safety standards and recipe guidelines. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all ingredients are available for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a variety of ingredients including meats, vegetables, and sauces for our pizza oven.
  • Take full responsibility for the quality of the food served.
  • Consistently follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen protocols.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels at cooking stations to ensure seamless service.
  • Portion food items according to standard specifications before cooking.
  • Keep your workstation clean and organized, including all kitchen equipment.
  • Assist and respond to requests from the prep manager or shift supervisor.
  • Be ready to support fellow cooks whenever needed.
  • Properly handle, store, and rotate all food products.
  • Help with food preparation tasks during slower periods.
  • Participate in scheduled team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
  • Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • No prior experience is required; however, one year of kitchen experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment for extended periods.
  • Physical capability to reach, bend, and stand for long durations (up to 5 hours).
  • Must be able to lift heavy items, up to 50 pounds, multiple times during a shift.
