Soliant is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address those needs.
- IEPs and Evaluations: Collaborate with special education staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and conduct evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and services.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
- Licensure: Active state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
