Physician Practice Manager

Jupiter Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Physician Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our physician practices. This role requires a strong business background and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the physician practices, ensuring prompt and efficient patient throughput.
- Coordinate all resources, ensuring safe and competent practice.
- Manage physician schedules, vacation time, and PDO time.
- Monitor quality assurance and maintain accurate record keeping of support staff.
- Seek to improve team member morale and development.
- Communicate efficiently with all team members, including updates and process changes.
- Responsible for team member evaluations, payroll, and provider bonus requests.
- Mentor and oversee Coordinators/Leads to execute daily tasks.
- Participate in business development and marketing plans to grow the business.
- Maintain all productivity standards and cost control measures.
- Facilitate and help organize community events with the sales and marketing team.
- Five (5) years of experience in Physician Practice management with a strong business background.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Understanding of physician practice environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office and eClinical Works.
