Physical Therapist Job Description

At Interstate Therapy Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Valencia, CA. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and achieve the best possible results for patients.
  • Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Aides to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
  • California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
  • Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply.
