Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including counseling and education on medication use and health-related topics.
- Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and optimal health outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical developments and advancements in pharmacy practice, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacy license in good standing.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
