Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to children in their homes, promoting growth and development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
