About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Arkansas. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical therapy needs
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $2100 - $2286 per week, a 13-week contract, and paid by the hour not by the visit. Our Home Health contracts require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits. Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited PT program
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas
  • CPR Certified or ability to obtain
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
  • Valid U.S. Drivers License and reliable transportation
