As a Medical Laboratory Specialist at K.A. Recruiting, you will perform and interpret routine and complex laboratory examinations in a high-complexity environment. Under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager and Department Supervisors, you will assess and verify the validity of test results before releasing them to healthcare providers.

You will also assist in the development and writing of new procedures and techniques, and provide direction to Phlebotomists. To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate of Arts degree with a science discipline, documented training, and certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or other nationally recognized registry.
