Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage collaboratively with product stakeholders to evaluate new use cases and prioritize initiatives within an agile framework.
  • Develop specifications for conversational systems and create innovative, user-centric experiences that address client needs.
  • Utilize programming languages and relevant APIs to design, build, and rigorously test applications.
  • Analyze data requirements, manage data integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the performance of the developed solutions.
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and solutions for conversational user interfaces.
  • Participate in client engagements as necessary.
  • Architect and deploy solutions tailored to customer specifications, ensuring successful implementation.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java development, with additional experience in other programming languages and SDKs being advantageous.
  • Strong capabilities in JavaScript for application development and RESTful API integration.
  • Solid understanding of industry-standard design patterns and REST/JSON principles.
  • Experience with optimizing applications for various platforms and implementing automated testing frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
