Job Summary
Premier Health Partners seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our PCU 2 Cardiac/Observation Unit team. About the Position
This 72-hour pay period role requires a flexible schedule of 7A-7:30P. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while working within our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse (RN) will be accountable for implementing evidence-based nursing practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans using the nursing process.
  2. Delivering direct patient care that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
  3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and promote positive patient outcomes.
  4. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a valid Ohio RN license, current CPR certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. We also require applicants to have no prior job-related work experience but be willing to learn and grow with our organization. Additionally, strong organizational skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and basic computer knowledge are essential for success in this position.
