This organization operates a comprehensive range of services, including primary care, dental, women's health, and behavioral health, alongside specialty practices in surgery and neurology.
Position DetailsThe selected candidate will primarily work in nursing home settings, with a 75% focus on geriatric care and 25% in a clinic environment. This role is designed to support the transition of patients from semi-retiring physicians, ensuring continuity of care for a predominantly geriatric patient panel.
Work EnvironmentThe clinic operates Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with Fridays available by appointment. Candidates will have the opportunity to see patients of all ages in the clinic setting.
