Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long Term Care team at Clifton Springs Nursing Home. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and skilled nursing care to our residents. Your expertise will be essential in promoting patient health, well-being, and quality of life.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in long-term care and experience working with geriatric patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Strong documentation and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and New York State Education Department (NYSED) LPN license
