Our team is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician to join our production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of machines used in our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the Maintenance Manager
  • Troubleshoots and repairs all mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Contributes significantly to plant equipment upgrades and replacement projects
Continuous Improvement:
  • Ensures all repairs are done correctly the first time
  • Grows individual knowledge in all BTS equipment maintenance and repair procedures
  • Drives 5S improvements in Maintenance areas
  • Drives ongoing improvement in plant safety performance
  • Supports rapid return-to-service plans whenever called upon
  • Helps maintain inventory of plant spare parts by reporting usage of parts and any observed shortages
  • Identifies potential or impending failures and implements effective preventive countermeasures
  • Completes assigned inspections and preventive maintenance procedures on-time
  • Maintains and continuously improves one or more 5S areas as assigned
Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand tools is required
  • Familiarity with common mechanical and electrical systems is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to interpret hydraulic and electric diagrams and schematics are desirable
