Job Description

The Quality System Associate is responsible for supporting all procedures within the quality system. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling complaints, including filling out complaint forms and initiating investigations with contract manufacturers for devices
  • Managing projects to ensure Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) are issued and plans are in place with contract manufacturers
  • Working cross-functionally with both internal and external personnel to ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Experience with report writing (academic experience is acceptable)
  • Self-driven and self-motivated in a work setting
  • Desire to work in more of a start-up setting
Nice to Have
  • Previous post-market/product surveillance experience
