Heavy Maintenance Technician

We distribute, install, and service fueling equipment for retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.

Our team of experts operates a network of 39 branch offices and 4 distribution centers with over 1,000 employees across the United States.

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Maintenance Technician to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fueling and handling locations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Fuel dispensers and hydraulics and electrical systems
  • Submersible fuel pumps and credit card pedestals
  • Removal and safe disposal of petroleum-compacted water from tanks and catch basins
  • Hydrostatic testing of sumps and spill buckets
  • Line repairs, including FRP, flexible fiberglass, and steel
  • Sump penetration repairs and bollard maintenance
  • Spill bucket replacements and upgrades
  • Demolition and finishing of concrete, including premixed and mixed onsite
  • Installation and termination of communication and electrical wiring
  • Critically damaged dispenser or fueling equipment repair

Requirements:

  • Team player with high standards for appearance and professionalism
  • Able to operate a 90lb jackhammer throughout the work schedule
  • Familiar with computer operations and aptitude for learning computer skills
  • Work will include after-hours and willingness to travel 50-60% of the time
  • Able to be taught to safely operate industry-specific tools and equipment
  • Obtain and maintain certifications as required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and standing for 8-10 hours per day
