We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team as a Professional Paint Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to professional painting contractors and their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and form relationships with local pros who rely on Behr for excellent products and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with outside sales reps and take care of customers when they come into the store, including pulling and tinting orders for pick up.
- Work closely with the Home Depot staff to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship.
- Enter all new leads and contacts into Salesforce, our customer relationship management tool.
- Provide basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Bilingual (Spanish Preferred) - ability to communicate with customers who speak Spanish.
- A completed high school education (Diploma or GED).
