Job Title: Process Engineer

At Absolics Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Development: Develop and implement process detail specifications to ensure high-quality products.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and commission SVM equipment, including PO, sec, buy-off, FAT, and reporting.
  • Material Evaluation: Oversee material evaluation and selection to ensure optimal process performance.
  • Cost Analysis: Execute cost analysis and develop improvement plans to reduce costs.
  • Process Capability: Supervise process capability studies and regular reporting to ensure process stability.
  • DOE and FMEA: Direct DOE for capability improvement and set up FMEA, CP, OCAP, APQP, and standard documents for customer qualification.
  • Failure Analysis: Perform failure analysis and continuous yield improvement to ensure high-quality products.
  • Qualification Sample Build: Follow up on qualification sample build to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Patent Applications: Manage patent applications to protect our intellectual property.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent and proven personnel management skills to lead a team of engineers.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth technical knowledge of relevant processes and industries.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership and management in a substrate for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
  • Critical Thinking: Strong critical and analytical thinking skills to analyze complex problems.
  • Communication Skills: Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years of engineering experience in the semiconductor industry.
