Senior Project Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Analyst to join our team at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing, implementing, and monitoring project and portfolio planning initiatives to optimize and scale long-range plans.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and develop project schedules and integrate master plans to meet all program objectives.
- Ensure major project, program, and portfolio schedules and plans are integrated across lines of business.
- Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Utilize Gantt, PERT, and milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
- Prepare project performance metrics to report performance to upper management and customers.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working on project teams and developing and supporting project execution.
- Experience with XML and SGML is preferred.
- Strong editorial and language skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Analytical ability.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze content for general clarity and to organize information logically.
- Affinity for computer applications, especially those involving document composition, project management, and content management.

$76,400.00 - $117,000.00 annually
