This position is tailored for individuals who possess a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for animal welfare. Responsibilities include the daily care of all farm animals, which encompasses feeding, grooming, and general handling. The Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining clean living spaces for the animals and performing essential upkeep of the farm and barnyard areas.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily care for all farm animals.
  • Prepare isolation areas for new arrivals.
  • Monitor and assess animal health, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the property.
  • Assist with repairs and general maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience working with horses and large animals.
  • Proven experience in training and handling horses.
Essential Requirements:
  • Ability to perform outdoor work and engage in physical activities in various weather conditions.
  • Self-driven individual capable of completing tasks independently or following directions.
  • Physical stamina to stand, crouch, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift weights up to 75 lbs.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
Work Environment:
