Property Maintenance Technician

$16.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Additional monthly bonuses available.

We are in search of a skilled technician to assist in preparing our apartment units for new residents at our vibrant community. As a Service Technician I, your primary responsibility will be to transform vacant apartments into welcoming homes.

You will also play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance of the property and its shared spaces. If you take pride in completing tasks and enjoy a collaborative work environment, consider joining our team, where we prioritize teamwork and provide opportunities for career growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in property maintenance, hospitality, or related fields.
Must be physically capable and able to follow instructions effectively.
Ability to comprehend both verbal and written directives.
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.
Availability for weekend work as needed; on-call duties every three weeks for emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Completing a checklist to ensure apartments are ready for new occupants.
Regularly inspecting the property and common areas, including litter removal.
Executing additional tasks as assigned by the Community Manager or Service Supervisor.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday


Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; weekend work as needed; on-call for emergencies every three weeks.


Required Certification:

A valid Driver's License is required in the state of employment or a neighboring state, or the willingness to obtain one within 60 days.
