Northeast Family Services is a leading mental health provider with over 20 years of experience delivering in-person, in-home, and telehealth services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We are seeking caring and professional mentors and support workers to join our Massachusetts team.

The Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Worker will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician, supporting the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan and collaborating with clients and their family/caregivers to achieve in-home therapy goals. This role focuses on addressing behavioral needs and enhancing the family/caregivers' ability to provide effective support for the client's successful functioning in the home and community.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Clinician
  • Collaborate with clients and their family/caregivers to achieve in-home therapy goals
  • Address behavioral needs and enhance family/caregivers' support
  • Travel throughout South Eastern MA as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth, and families
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Valid driver's license with reliable access to a car
