The Therapeutic Mentor/Therapeutic Training and Support Worker will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician, supporting the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan and collaborating with clients and their family/caregivers to achieve in-home therapy goals. This role focuses on addressing behavioral needs and enhancing the family/caregivers' ability to provide effective support for the client's successful functioning in the home and community.
Responsibilities- Support the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Clinician
- Collaborate with clients and their family/caregivers to achieve in-home therapy goals
- Address behavioral needs and enhance family/caregivers' support
- Travel throughout South Eastern MA as required
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
- Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth, and families
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Valid driver's license with reliable access to a car
