IT Trainer

DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Trainer to join our team. As an IT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients.

The IT Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our clients. This includes creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing support to clients after training.

• Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our clients.
• Deliver training sessions to clients, either in-person or virtually.
• Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online courses.
• Provide support to clients after training, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that training programs are aligned with client needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and training trends to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.

• 4+ years of experience in training and development.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

• Master's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
• Experience with online learning platforms and tools.
