Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine Specialist to join our team at Britt Medical Search. Our health center boasts a talented and dedicated staff of 2,577 employees and an active medical staff of more than 200 medical staff members representing 28 specialties.
Compensation and Benefits
- $875,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- 1:6 call

Our health center provides a full range of acute-care, general services and home health services to approximately 357,000 residents of Coles and the surrounding 12 counties.
