The Facilities Maintenance Technician at Norm Reeves Inc. is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and operational efficiency of the dealership's facilities, including the building structure, electrical systems, and machinery. This role involves executing various tasks and errands across departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a solid understanding of maintenance protocols for mechanical systems and related equipment such as pumps, fans, pneumatic controls, pressure valves, compressors, and air filtration systems.
  • Conduct minor troubleshooting and perform preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other related systems.
  • Assist in moving furniture, equipment, and vehicles as required.
  • Ensure all lighting fixtures, display items, and equipment are maintained in a state of readiness.
  • Transport equipment to off-site locations and manage the loading/unloading of materials.
  • Inspect facilities to verify compliance with safety standards.
