Job Description
Abatement Worker
Responsible for the handling or removal of materials that may pose hazardous exposure risks.
Hazardous materials include but are not limited to:
asbestos, lead-containing materials, mold.
Carpenter
Engage in a variety of skilled carpentry tasks related to the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of wooden structures and fixtures, including architectural woodwork, millwork, trim, concrete forms, metal and wood framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings.
Fireproofer
Apply fireproofing materials on both new and existing commercial construction sites.
Helper/Laborer/Trainee/Utility
Prepare work areas by transporting necessary tools and equipment. Load and unload building materials for construction projects, and maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites by removing debris and potential hazards.
Painter
Set up and operate conventional paint pots, utilizing air-assisted and airless paint systems, and mix various industrial coatings.
Plasterer
Mix and prepare plastering/EIFS materials, coordinate staging, and install substrates, mesh, leveling coats, and finishes for EIFS.
Iron Worker
Involved in the construction, fabrication, and installation of structural steel and iron components for buildings, bridges, and other metal structures.
Millwright
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality in manufacturing and production environments.
Operator
Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as bulldozers, cranes, and excavators for various construction and excavation tasks.
Plumbing/Piping
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and piping networks to ensure the effective distribution of water, gas, and other fluids in buildings and industrial facilities.
Glazier
Handle the installation, repair, and replacement of glass in various structures, including windows, doors, and facades.
Boilermaker
Skilled in the construction, assembly, and repair of boilers, pressure vessels, and large metal containers used for storing and transporting liquids and gases in industrial settings.
Electrical Workers
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient electricity distribution across various settings.
Roofer
Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs to ensure weather protection and structural integrity.
Sheet Metal
Involves cutting, shaping, and installing sheet metal for ducts, roofs, and other components in construction projects and HVAC systems.
Teamster
Operate and drive trucks or heavy vehicles to transport goods and materials, focusing on delivery and logistics.
